Who It's For

Who this service is for

Made for

  • Sales agents with pool properties under offer or going to market
  • Property managers holding rental portfolios with pools
  • Conveyancers and solicitors managing settlement conditions
  • Buyers agents doing due diligence for clients

When it may be required

  • A listing with a pool is about to go live
  • A contract requires a certificate before settlement
  • A managed property's certificate is expiring
  • A routine inspection has flagged a barrier concern
  • A new management takes on a property with a pool

On Site

What the inspector checks

  • The full compliance inspection on every job, same method, same report format, whoever is on site
  • Certificate status on the relevant register
  • Anything that could hold up a settlement or lease, flagged with fix timeframes

Outcomes

Pass or fail, you know where you stand

If your pool passes

Certificates are lodged directly with the register or council, not left for you to chase, and the report reads cleanly enough to hand straight to a vendor, buyer or tenant.

If it does not pass

You get an itemised report your client can act on without a follow-up call to us, plus trade referrals and a fast $190 re-inspection when items are fixed.

Pricing

What it costs

Fixed prices, confirmed before we book. No hidden call-out fees.

Inspection & certificate

$350. Full compliance assessment, digital inspection report, and the certificate issued and lodged where the pool is compliant.

Re-inspection

$190. Re-check of the specific items listed on your non-compliance report once they are fixed, not a second full inspection fee.

Rectification and barrier repair work is quoted separately. Travel surcharges may apply for regional and rural bookings outside standard routes, confirmed at time of quote.

Where We Work

Areas covered

Queensland statewide from Cairns to the Gold Coast, Sydney and the Central Coast in New South Wales, and Melbourne and Geelong in Victoria.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you inspect for a settlement?

Call rather than email with the settlement date, agent and conveyancer bookings get priority over general enquiries, and same-week bookings are often possible.

Do you offer portfolio arrangements for property managers?

Yes. We track expiry dates across a portfolio and book renewals proactively, with repeat-client pricing for returning offices.

Will the report make sense to my vendor or buyer?

That is the point of it. Reports are written in plain English so a buyer, vendor or tenant understands them without translation.

Who do we actually deal with?

Your inspector, directly. No call centre and no account manager in between.
