Local Knowledge
A young housing stock: new builds and knockdown-rebuilds with brand new pools needing first certification, plunge pools on compact blocks where the non-climbable zone is tight, and a strong investor market of rental properties needing lease compliance. New pools most often fail on climbable objects placed inside the zone after handover, furniture, planters and BBQs.
Book online or by phone. For new pools we coordinate with your builder's handover date so the first certificate does not hold up completion. Verbal summary on site, certificate lodged on the NSW register once compliant.
